    Hey Tobias,

    It looks like this was recently added to help provide visibility where the agent can view the original email within a ticket. This was most likely not included in the release notes as this is just a minor UI change.

    thanks for information.

     

    The change "from Zendesk Support" under Subject, last time was in release notes, even if it´s just "GUI" it´s nice to know, or even know this is just a icon, for example we´re using Side-Conversation, so maybe it´s a new icon with feature in future :)
