We are happy to report the issue that was causing calls to drop across pods has now been resolved, so you should no longer be experiencing this issue with Talk. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this

We are currently investigating an issue with Zendesk talk which is causing calls to drop on all pods. We will provide further information shortly.
Remediation items from our provider include Proxy and Caching capacity increase, more aggressive alerting thresholds as well as heightened awareness protocol for the duration of the seasonal high-volume period.
