Search index backfills are progressing nicely and are completed on all pods except 3, 4, 8 and 9. Our engineering teams are continuing to work on the remaining pods. The next update will be in one hour unless the backfill on remaining pods completes first.

All accounts may see Search issues for users and tickets created, updated, or deleted between 16:40-18:00 UTC. Our Engineers are working on backfilling indexes during this time frame. Search indexes before and after are up to date.

The Operations team has identified the issue causing stale Search indexes on Pods 12+ and is working towards a resolution. The current ticket Search indexes are up to date while the team is also working towards backfilling Search indexes from earlier this morning.

Our teams have applied a fix for the Search indexing issues affecting customers on Pods 12+. New tickets should be working properly, and we are working on backfilling tickets created between 16:40 and 18:00 UTC.

Our Operations teams is investigating new reports of delays and inconsistent results in Search on Pods 13 and 20. More information shortly.
On November 2, 2018 at 13:40 UTC / 6:40 PDT, we started getting reports of Search via the Agent Interface not returning the expected results on a number of Pods.
