Along with Zendesk Sunshine, we’ve launched Custom Objects into General Availability. Custom Objects makes it possible to store additional data entities directly in Zendesk and build relationships to connect them to the standard Zendesk data model. With Custom Objects you can build an entirely custom data model that includes anything - like Products, Assets, or Contracts - and get the complete picture of how your customers interact with your business.
We’ve also launched the Custom Events Early Access Program. With Custom Events, it’s easy to connect data from third party applications and surface any customer interaction. Customers in the EAP are already leveraging our Events API to give their support team visibility into customer events like purchase orders and in-app actions.
