Zendesk Talk customers with inbound numbers in the following countries may experience issues with inbound calls this morning. (Austria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway and Slovenia) Our talk provider is working to remediate this.
On October 22nd, 2018 at 03:47 UTC / 20:47 PT (Sunday), inbound calls to a subset of Zendesk Talk phone numbers in France, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Ireland, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, and Slovenia started failing.
