All Issues relating to saving articles on Guide on Pod 13 have been resolved.

We are receiving some reports of issues around saving and editing Guide articles, this is happening on Pod 13. Investigation is underway.
During this incident a large spike of 401 responses generated by a guide endpoint resulted in hitting an internal rate limit. These rate limits resulted in blocking Guide traffic on the pod. Once the rate limit was disabled, service was restored and performance returned to normal. In order to prevent this happening again in the future we will, streamline communication between zendesk services and update our whitelist configurations.
