    Hello, I'd like to know where to set the Optional tag instead of the required asterisk in forms.

    This is probably handled at the Field level. Try unchecking the option for "Required to submit a request":

    That can not be the solution, because in that case all non-required fields on any Zendesk form would automatically show the Optional string after the update.

    @David - The release notes are not clear. What it fails to mention is that the "optional" string was only added to forms on the web widget. It was not added to regular ticket form pages.
