Are my LMS credentials the same as my Zendesk credentials?
No. The LMS is a separate system from your Zendesk account, so your Zendesk credentials are not applicable. You will need to create a free account at training.zendesk.com in order to register for our training courses.

Submitting payment for a training course
Can I be invoiced instead of paying via credit card?
We are only able to accept payment via credit card in the LMS. If you’d like to purchase training offerings via a Service Order or SOW, you can work with your Zendesk Account Executive. If you don't have direct access to an Account Executive, email email@example.com and they will assist you.
How do I get a copy of my receipt for expense purposes?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with any necessary receipts within 1 business day.
Using training credits
How do I purchase a course using training credits?
Each course has a blue “purchase” button. Clicking this button will take you to the payment screen. Enter the training credit into the field labeled “Promotion Code.”
Can my training credits be used for Zendesk Support Admin Certification?
No. Training credits cannot be applied toward the Certification exam. However, they can be used for the on-demand Certification Prep Course.
What courses can I purchase with my training credits?
Training credits can be used to register for any of our VILT, on-demand or eLearning courses. They cannot be applied to Certification Exams or Custom Training.
How long do I have to use my training credits?
You have 90 days to use your training credits. You can register for courses that take place in the future. You simply need to complete the checkout process before the 90 days elapse.
My training credits expired. Help!

Purchasing and attending virtual instructor led training (VILT)
Will I receive a recording of the VILT session I attended? Will I receive a .pdf of the course materials?
For legal and financial reasons, we are unable to provide a recording of the VILT sessions. You will have access to a .pdf of the training materials that you can download from training.zendesk.com at any time.
I purchased one VILT course. How many of my colleagues can I include during the actual training?
One VILT purchase is equivalent to one seat.
Will I be able to ask questions during the session?
Yes! Students will have the opportunity to ask the trainer questions via chat throughout the session and are encouraged to follow along with suggested hands-on learning exercises in their own instance of Zendesk Support.
I purchased multiple seats to a VILT session. How do I give these seats / access to my team?
Each of your teammates will need to create a free account at training.zendesk.com. Once they have created account, they can redeem the seat(s) you purchased for them with the applicable credit code.
How do I change my session date / time if I’m already registered?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Course name
- Original registration date
- Desired update to registration date
How do I join my virtual training session?
You will join the virtual session through training.zendesk.com.
- Login to your learner account on training.zendesk.com.
- Click on the tile for the course you've registered for. (You'll see a banner on the top right corner of any courses you've registered for, making it easy to spot them.)
- Click the large button for course launch. You'll be taken straight into the GoToTraining session.
In which time zones do you offer your classes?
We deliver all of our courses out of three regions. The courses are primarily delivered from San Francisco, London or Dublin, and Melbourne.
See our detailed schedule for specific session times. Visit training.zendesk.com to purchase a seat and enroll in our courses. You're welcome to attend any session that works for you, even if it's listed in a timezone different from your own. If none of the session times work for your time zone, we recommend signing up for the on-demand versions of each course.
Purchasing and accessing on-demand training
How long will I have access to my on-demand session?
You will have access to the on-demand course for 30 days.
How many times can I view an on-demand session?
You can view an on-demand course as many times as you’d like within 30 days after your purchase. After the 30 days elapse, you will not be able to view the course.
Will I receive a .pdf of the course materials?
We provide a .pdf of the course deck as part of registration to our virtual instructor-led training courses. We do not include the deck with on-demand registrations.
