Billing services for self-service customers are in maintenance mode while we work through an issue with our production billing environment. Self-service customers are those who make subscription changes via the agent interface, rather than with a Zendesk account manager.
Existing self-service customers with paid subscriptions will be unable to upgrade plans, downgrade plans, cancel subscriptions, or make changes to their current payment method.
New trial signups are not affected. Customers will be able to purchase after a trial is started.
