We are currently experiencing issues with creating and updating Macros in our Support product. Updates to follow.
During this incident, some customers were intermittently unable to edit macros that contained content in rich-text format. This issue was caused by a code snippet that contained the wrong version of jQuery for the macro text editor. Once we isolated the issue, our engineers quickly addressed the incompatibility, re-enabled the code snippet, and macro behavior returned to normal for affected customers. Long-term remediation actions include ensuring test cases cover situations wherein this particular issue can occur.
