We're experiencing performance issues on Pod 3 due to high traffic. More info to come
During this incident customers on POD 3 experienced performance degradation and service unavailability. This incident was caused by a DDoS attack on a Zendesk IP address. To resolve the incident we implemented our standard DDoS mitigation, which brought traffic back to normal.
