Network problems accessing pod4
An internet service provider was performing maintenance and experienced a brief outage. Some customers on Pods 4 and 8 using that ISP would have been unable to access their Zendesk accounts. Once our Network Operations team learned of the ISP outage, we removed that ISP circuit from our network until the ISP restored their service. Customers that use that ISP were then able to access Zendesk accounts and services normally.
