Customers have reported issues affecting all zendesk pods with reaching Insights dashboards
During this incident customers were unable to access their Insights dashboards. GoodData reported an outage which affected our customers' ability to access their Insights dashboards. Once GoodData resolved the incident on their end, Insights started working for our customers.
