Our insights vendor GoodData are currently experiencing issues with their Platform and their engineers are currently investigating.

We are investigating access issues to Zendesk Insights. We will provide further information shortly.
During this incident customers were unable to access their Insights Dashboards. GoodData reported an outage which affected our customers' ability to access their Insights dashboards. Once GoodData resolved the incident on their end, Insights resumed working for our customers.
