We're investigating reports of Voice connectivity issues across multiple pods. We will update shortly with more information.
During this incident customers were unable to connect to calls. This was a result of the changes we made to send DNS queries through another DNS provider due to the major DDoS attack on our primary upstream DNS provider. For one of the DNS zones we rerouted, we mistakenly believed that the change also included subdomains of that zone. This resulted in the subdomain endpoints to fail, leading to failed call connections. This issue was resolved when we reconfigured the zone properly.
