We have confirmed that there is an issue causing dropped inbound calls for IVR users on all pods. We are investigating.

We are receiving incident reports of a service incident impacting Voice on Pods 4, 5, and 6. We are currently investigating.
During this incident customers were unable to receive inbound voice calls. Our Voice vendor reported a DTMF failure with their service, resulting in inbound calls hanging. When the vendor resolved the issue on their end, Voice service returned to normal for Zendesk customers. We've requested a Reason for Outage (RFO) report from the vendor.
