We are seeing improvement in our voice service across all pods. We will continue to monitor the situation toward full resolution.

We are receiving reports across multiple pods of Voice calls failing to connect. We are investigating.
During this incident customers were unable to connect to calls. Our Voice vendor reported issues resulting in dropped calls for our customers. Once our vendor resolved the issues on their end, Voice resumed normal function.
