Ticket creation delays have now been resolved.

We’re currently investigating reports of delays regarding ticket arrival in Zendesk.
During this incident inbound email ticket creation was delayed.
Google reported that their Gmail servers were not delivering mail to many destinations, including Zendesk. We monitored Zendesk email logs looking for connections to return. Once they returned the incident was resolved.
