We are investigating a service incident affecting Pods 5,6 & 9. More info to follow.
During this incident some customers experienced intermittent connectivity issues connecting to our East Coast datacenter. In an effort to preemptively mitigate DDoS attacks, we’ve enabled an always-on DDoS mitigation service. During a maintenance window scheduled by the vendor, the failover between tunnels failed to happen, causing all traffic reaching our East Coast datacenter to be dropped. We removed the DDoS mitigation service from our Virginia configuration to resolve the issue. This issue is similar to the one that occurred earlier on the same day.
