Around 10:09 CST on April 1st 2015 we began receiving reports of issues with Zendesk Voice that impacted inbound and outbound calls.
10:15 AM Performance issues with inbound and outbound client calls as a result of an outage with our voice partner.
10:29 AM Reports of issue no longer occurring, currently working to verify. Will post an update with an all clear when available.
10:34 AM All known issues related to Voice have been resolved. Post mortem will be posted here when available.
This service disruption was caused to to an outage on our voice provider's side. We are consistently working with them to improve the stability of our Voice service.
