As of 9:15am PDT, we are working to resolve the following service incident:
Some customers are reporting general latency or latency when merging or sharing tickets, and applying bulk updates.
9:38am PDT: Reported latency problems for merging or sharing tickets, bulk updates and downloading attachments should now be resolved.
The root-cause of this issue was found to be due to ISP connectivity.
Once the issue was identified, our Engineers implemented the the necessary steps to reroute traffic through other channels until the ISP connectivity issues were resolved by our provider.
Once the connectivity issues were resolved, we routed our traffic back through our normal ISP channel.
