We have mitigated performance issues affecting EU data centre, service is restored.
This incident affected the performance of Voice and Help Centre for customers in our EU data centre.
We are still investigating the actual root cause of this issue. We suspect it may have been related to a DNS-related disruption earlier that day - the problem resolved itself approximately an hour after being discovered.
