The issues affecting bulk updates have now been resolved. A post-mortem will be provided here.
This incident began as one of our backend components was getting congested. This resulted in ticket updates stalling for some customers. To recover, we have restarted the component and saw an instant improvement in service. We’re working on documenting the procedure internally so that we’re able to monitor and respond to such incidents in a much quicker fashion.
