All of today's issue affecting customers in Europe have been resolved. Post-mortem to follow once available.
This incident affected customers whose accounts are hosted in our EU data centre, resulting in green screens and white pages at random. The occurrence was not consistent and did not seem to impact any other data centres or accounts. A number of our monitoring tools showed 502 and 503 at the time errors but nothing large enough to cause an outage. The root cause of this incident is still unknown and the issues seemed to subside on their own. We will update this post if any further details are identified.
