We are receiving reports of issues with bulk update for some customers. Investigation is underway.
For the duration of this incident, customers hosted in our US East Coast data center were experiencing delays with bulk actions, such as bulk ticket updates. This was caused by some stuck jobs, which caused a backup in the queues.
A restart of the service helped alleviate the backlog and force jobs to be processed. To be able to detect processing delays sooner, we're working on tweaking the thresholds set for our alerts, as well as improving monitoring for specific queues.
