ZendeskOps: We are investigating intermittent performance issues for some customers.
Zopim: Investigation continues for isolated performance issues impacting some customers.
A DDoS attack on a Zendesk IP address resulted in disruption on one of our data centers for approximately 9 minutes, another data center for 4 minutes, and a Zopim data center for 2 hours.
As standard practice, we immediately leveraged our external DDoS mitigation service. Clients of the Zopim service experienced extended service disruption due to a missing parameter in our mitigation profile. This has since been addressed.
