We noticed brief timeouts and errors with Zopim that should be improving now.
A scheduled upgrade to Zopim that occurred earlier in the day caused an unexplained surge in internal calls on the backend of the database, which created an overload on the network and resulted in timeouts and login errors. Rolling back the change resolved the issue, allowing customers to use chat as normal.
