We're experiencing issues with Pod 4 displaying translation errors. More info to come soon.
Customers on Pod 4 saw translation issues in their user interface when their language was set to English. Accounts were having trouble reconnecting to the account master database, causing the 500 errors that appeared as translation errors in the agent interface. Investigation into the root cause revealed that a hardware failover triggered this event. To resolve the issue, we rolled back a recent code deploy and flushed caches, after which the translation errors cleared up. To protect against this type of issue in the future, we'll increase our 500 error monitoring sensitivity threshold.
