We are working to resolve an issue that may cause views to load slower than expected on Pod 4. More details to follow.
We received reports from one of our customers that the “Play” button was not appearing in their filters, nor were any tickets being displayed.
Our team went through the logs looking for the failing view and identified that the View Service did not have the view cached so it fell back to querying the database directly.
Our operations team took steps to revive the service, but ultimately performed a full cache flush and restart. Improvement was noted after the restart, which steadily stabilized until service returned to normal.
