Sometimes our customers need to reschedule a vILT training session because their schedule changed. We get it and we can help.
Simply send us an email at WWTraining@zendeskcom with the following information:
- Your account name and email
- The course name and session day and time for which you originally enrolled
- The course and/or session day and time in which you'd like to enroll
We'll make the changes for you, provided we can find you in the system, and will let you know via email once the switch has been made.
