Your first and last stop for our instructional content should be Zendesk Training.
You will need to set up a free account in Zendesk Training. Once you do, you can purchase courses with a credit card or coupon code. Our courses include:
- free, self-paced courses and webinars
- virtual instructor-led product trainings
- helpful instructional videos
Here's how to make that happen:
- Visit training.zendesk.com.
- Click on the course you'd like to purchase to open the course details page.
- If the course requires payment, you'll click the "Purchase" button. If the course is free, you'll click the "Register" button.
- If you're new to the system, you'll be prompted to create an account. If you've used the system before, you'll login using your Zendesk Training credentials. (Note: These credentials are not the same as your Zendesk credentials. If you can't remember your password, you can easily reset it from the sign-in page.)
- Enter your payment details and/or promo code, if you've been provided with one.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with details about your purchase.
