On the 25th of September we released a new version of the Zendesk Mobile SDK for iOS, 188.8.131.52. This is to fix a crash we've identified which affects users on the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus devices that Apple began shipping or selling on Friday September 25th. The crash occurs when users on these devices attempt to submit a support request.
The solution is to upgrade your version of the iOS SDK to 184.108.40.206 or above
