As of May 21, 2015, 8:30AM PDT, we are working to resolve the following service incident:
API and integrations issue. The code was a part of an enhancement to the JAVA framework and caused some issues with API calls and integrations.
10:15am PDT: We reverted the bad code that was deployed a few hours before the incident was introduced to us. To clarify, this error was fixed.
The root-cause of this issue was found to be an update to the Java framework used by our services. Once the issue was identified, we rolled back this change in order to identify the direct cause of this framework issue.
Moving forward, we are adding additional testing around our multiple libraries in use for our APIs that will be able to catch similar issues in the future prior to being released to production.
