6:12pm PDT: Our operations team are currently investigating reports of access issues affecting our West Coast Data Center
6:23pm PDT: We have mitigated the issues affecting customers in our West Coast Data Center. Post Mortem to follow.
This incident occurred as a result of a Delayed Denial of Service attack on one of our servers, causing downtime for some of our customers. We're advancing the use of our DDoS mitigation service to be more effective in mitigating similar incidents going forward.
