The issue with using Zopim dashboard has been resolved. Our apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
This incident occurred during a release of the new Operating Hours feature for Zopim. The release contained a bug that was not caught by our testing mechanisms. We're continuing to iterate on our QA tools and procedures to avoid similar breakage in the future.
