Performance issues that were previously affecting some customers have now been resolved.
This incident occurred during a scheduled internet service provider maintenance. It is standard practice to take providers offline, and typically results in little to no issues.
In this case, after the sessions were taken down, the other service providers traffic did not show an expected increase in volume, as expected, but rather some erratic behaviour. It is suspected that there may have been stale routes and issues with convergence with one of the upstream providers. This was a network glitch rather than a systematic issue.
