We're happy to report that our Voice service is now back to normal.
An unexpected failover of a server in one of our data centres triggered a disruption of Voice service for some customers. An operational change was carried out prior to this disruption, which presumed that our Voice service would reconnect to the correct server after the change; this didn't happen.
Voice servers were restarted promptly to recover from this disruption. More thorough testing and ensuring failover is working for all services will help prevent similar outages going forward.
