We have confirmed the service issues with our voice provider should now be resolved. Thank you for your patience.
The Voice service disruption was caused by a partial outage on our Voice provider's side, resulting in dropped calls or failure to connect for many customers. As soon as our provider resolved the disruption, we saw immediate improvement in performance. We will not be investigating this incident in more detail due to the 3rd party dependency but we will be working with our provider directly to improve communication in such instances.
