We are investigating problems that would impact admins making changes to account configuration.

We’ve resolved an issue that briefly impacted the ability to make changes to account settings for some customers.
This incident was caused by one of the account servers in our US East Coast data centres operating in read-only mode following a restart. In turn, the restart came as a result of an ongoing initiative to patch certain servers across data centres. This affected replication to other servers. During this time, no new trial accounts were created or any updates to the existing accounts occurred.
Our Operations team changed the configuration to reset replication and recover the problems.
To prevent similar incidents going forward, we're working to improve our procedures around change management communications and improve replication procedures on account servers.
