Our Ops team have resolved issues that may have impacted Zendesk Voice and other services. Postmortem will be posted here.
This incident was caused by a malfunction in an internal mechanism used to distribute information across our various services. This led to many background tasks not being completed properly and our customers noticed a disruption in multiple Zendesk services, primarily Zendesk Voice.
This incident was resolved by repairing the services to ensure proper operation. We're working to improve our response times by providing more operational knowledge to the team on service architecture.
