This incident affected Zendesk Voice and resulted in reports that calls are not connecting correctly for customers. The calls seemed to connect, but hung up almost immediately.
The root cause was found to be on the side of our voice service provider, who experienced issues with bridging call participants. We alerted our Voice provider who confirmed problems existed. As soon as these were fixed, Voice service restored for all of our customers.
