We have confirmation that our voice system is back up but voice recordings are not fully back yet. We'll update as soon as possible.

All known issues related to our voice system have been resolved. Post-mortem to follow.
This incident was caused by a widespread AWS outage, that also affected our Voice service provider. Voice service restored back to normal as soon as AWS was back up.
