We are happy to report that our Voice issue is now resolved. Thanks for your patience. Post mortem to follow
This incident was caused by increased response times from the Voice application, which led to errors for some customers hosted in our EU data centre. This was related to the process of retiring decommissioned servers, during which the application failed to re-route requests to new servers. Restarting the Voice app helped resolve the issue. To avoid this going forward, we are putting in place measures to ensure that the list of servers that the Voice app points to is kept up-to-date at all times, especially before decommissioning takes place.
