We are happy to report that the issue with ticket bulk updates is now resolved. A Post Mortem will be available shortly.
This incident was similar to that of November 3rd and was caused by a pile up of ticket update jobs in our queue. Jobs were still being processed during this time, just at a much slower rate than usual. Unlike the prior day's incident, we did not need to remove any jobs from the queue as the backlog cleared on its own. We're investigating a better approach to outbound requests and how we distribute different types of update jobs to different queues.
