Some accounts may have noticed intermittent issues with search, however these issues should now be resolved.
Search capabilities in both Help Center and the agent interface were intermittently unavailable for some customers for a short period of time. This was caused by full disk utilization due to failed log rotation. Space was made on the disks and search services returned to normal.
We have since improved our log handling to ensure this issue doesn’t recur.
