We are investigating reports of Interface issues affecting some customers. More to follow...
A change to some code was deployed on Friday afternoon PDT which caused customers on Plus or Professional to experience interface issues. The issues included email requester missing in the ticket interface, tickets always replied to as internal notes, the same ticket number used for every ticket opened, the Apps tray unavailable (grayed out), and ticket fields not retaining entered values. A rollback of the code deployed resolved the issue.
