We are experiencing access issues affecting customers on our Sacramento data center.
A configuration change was rolled out in preparation for scalability improvements. This change resulted in a restart and reinstall of our database management system which left the database hosts no longer running active processes. Our Database Admin team and Operations Engineers worked to recover and correct status, which was completed within two hours. In the future, we will be changing the way we roll out configuration changes to ensure this does not reoccur.
