We're investigating reports of impaired performance in Voice, HC and other services in our US West Coast data center. More to follow.
Heavy traffic utilization by a particularly aggressive source attempting to engage in abuse of the product may have degraded service in our West Coast data center.
Following a security investigation, the traffic source was blocked to prevent future access or impact to any Zendesk networks.
