We are receiving reports of intermittent green screens for some customers. Investigation is underway.
Customers on a single load balancer, connecting to a single Translations App server, experienced green screens when the App stopped serving requests, affecting the whole UI. To resolve the issue our Translation service in that server was restarted. To help mitigate this kind of issue in the future, we'll be improving the load balancer checks to better detect failures, which will result in bad Translation App Servers being removed immediately from the pool of viable end points, as well as scaling up our infrastructure to provide more throughput to customers.
