Until the maintenance is completed, customers on Pods 5, 6, & 9 may find that the Pathfinder App does not display information on Help Center activity or may display incomplete information.

Until the maintenance is completed, data exports including those in json and csv format on Pods 5, 6, & 9 may fail.
We are actively working to complete this maintenance and restore the impacted services and will update this article when the work is completed. Thank you for your patience.

Data exports (including csv exports) are now running on Pods 5, 6 & 9. We are still performing maintenance on the Pathfinder app, once we have an update we will post it here.
